REFUND

If an item you ordered is out of stock. The payment will be refunded back to your bank account. Please contact us through Customer Service if your payment is not refunded yet.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund or exchange once your product is delivered. ColourG reserves the right to refuse any refunds and return at any time. If your product is damaged/defects, please contact us through customer service within 3 days, with the attachment of at least 3 pictures of defect/damage and description of defect/damage. We will contact you and takes the necessary actions for compensation.
