How to track my order

• When the items are shipped, the tracking number will be updated. Please check your email for the tracking updates.

What if my items is not delivered

• The estimated days to receive your items are usually around 5-7 working days, which does not include public holidays and weekends. You can check the delivery status of your items with the Post Office and the estimated delivery time. If your items have not been delivered within 5-7 working days, please contact us through Customer Service.

Can I change my information once order placed

• Please do contact us as soon as possible if you found any mistakes with your shipping information! Changes with your shipping information can still be done before the order is processed for shipping.
